Read MoreGrowing up in the small town of Newman, CA, I got my first lessons in entrepreneurship from watching my grandfather, a pharmacist, run the family-owned drug store. I was shown at a very early age that service, really great service, was the very thing that could convince a customer to walk through your door.
I took that lesson to heart, and have spent the better part of my life dedicated to what I love, engineering. Every day I bring with me that scrappy, small business work ethic, and a service-focused mentality to our firm. In an industry that's known for its competitiveness, there's no other way to walk through the door. I have high expectations for our people, because I know our clients have high expectations for our work.
Our people are the heart and soul of this firm. We've built a team of talented professionals, who are able to think critically and solve problems - not create them. The awards, the recognition, the successful projects, are all because someone gave their very best to a client. It's a great privilege to work with people who care that much.
