A time sensitive project that required extensive project coordination, Blair, Church & Flynn was proud to assist the City of Fresno with street improvements for the "No Neighborhood Left Behind" project. Along with public agencies, utilities and city departments, our firm assumed the lead role of design and coordination to ensure completion of the project.
Blair, Church & Flynn's responsibilities included storm drainage infrastructure, pavement rehabilitation, urban drainage master planning, street lighting, curb and gutter design of ADA accessibility, franchise utility relocations and construction management for approximately $39 million in construction, which was designed, approved and built within a 24-month period.
