Blair, Church & Flynn was responsible for assisting the City of Fresno with water distribution facilities at International and Willow Avenues in Fresno, California. In order to accommodate 320-acres of medium to high density commercial and campus development, 18,500 lineal feet of City of Fresno water distribution facilities were installed. Blair, Church & Flynn was involved throughout the life of the project, from the design of the system through construction management. As part of the design, right-of-way documents were prepared for the purchase of easements and right-of-ways from private land owners. Extensive coordination was performed with franchise utilities to coordinate the placement of water lines within private and public easements.
