The 2.0 miles of roadway improvements for this project were a part of the off-site development required for Clovis Unified School District’s Reagan Education Center. The campus frontage was along DeWolf, Ashlan, Leonard and Gettysburg Avenues and required the expansion of two lane rural roads to improved two lane and four lane divided roadways. Blair, Church and Flynn’s responsibilities include assisting with right of way acquisition, roadway geometry design, grading and drainage, median landscaping and irrigation, signing and striping, as well as coordination of signalization work at two intersections, PGE relocations, reinforced box culvert at Dog Creek, sidewalk and pedestrian improvements, and street lighting.
