Working with the City of Fresno to deliver a beautiful community park, Blair, Church & Flynn was proud to provide landscape architecture and civil engineering services for the Bob Belcher Community Park. The firm was responsible for the overall site plan, grading and drainage, parking and off-site improvements, rest room and shade facilities, as well as landscaping and irrigation improvements.
