Blair, Church & Flynn Consulting Engineers assisted the County of Madera and the State Center Community College District with the development of a Madera Campus on Avenue 12 in Madera County, California. Our mission for this campus site was to design sophisticated roadway improvements and a technologically advanced infrastructure system in this rustic and underserved location.
Campus off-site improvements included utility extensions, road widening and medians, drainage improvements, landscaping and street lighting. The design team overcame all of the logistical challenges of the rural, agricultural locale and now, several years after its construction, the campus is continuing to meet the needs of North Fresno and Madera communities.
