Blair, Church & Flynn was responsible for assisting the City of Clovis with water line improvements at Ashlan and DeWolf Avenues in Clovis, California. To facilitate an approximately 160-acre development 11,000 lineal feet of a domestic water distribution system was designed, with pipes sizes ranging from 8 to 24 inches in diameter. As part of our project responsibilities, comprehensive utility coordination was also preformed to determine any potential conflicts with existing underground utilities.
