Big Creekâs Pavement Rehabilitation and Miscellaneous Improvements project combined existing roadway pavement rehabilitation, street and rock wall improvements, reconstruction of sewer manhole covers, replacement of dam catwalk and stairs, as well as the environmental restoration of the existing transmission access road bed.
