Amenities include ample open space, pool and clubhouse. Our scope of work included topographical surveying and mapping, grading and drainage, sewer and water infrastructure, landscaping and irrigation. In addition, we also provided off-site roadway improvements. Occupancy began in 2008, and the total cost for the development was $12.6 million.
