San Joaquin Country Club Maintenance Building Improvements

Project Summary

Blair, Church & Flynn assisted the San Joaquin Country Club with improvements to their golf course maintenance facilities. The improvements included on-site storm water retention, treated wash water conveyance to on-site basin site and a sewage disposal system. The treated wash water conveyance system included the construction of an equipment wash-down pad. Wash water was retrieved from a concrete sump then treated using a bio-remediation wash water treatment train. Effluent discharged from the treatment train was returned to the storm drainage inlet which discharges to the fairway storm water detention basin.

The packaged wastewater treatment facility has a capacity of 1,000 gallons and 15 gpm, with sludge being trucked to off-site disposal. The recycled water is later used for golf course irrigation.
