Blair, Church & Flynn assisted the Newman Development Group of San Francisco with on-site improvements for a 15-acre mixed use retail center located in Gilroy, California. Our firm’s scope of work included topographical & ALTA surveying, record maps and legal descriptions, design of parking lot improvements, on-site traffic improvements, comprehensive grading and drainage, utility design for multiple tenants, coordination with the developer’s other consultants, coordination with two Project Architects, one related to the site work and the other related to the buildings, and the compilation and implementation of a site Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan.
