Blair, Church & Flynn is proud to have assisted Darden Architects and the State Center Community College District with the master planning and design of a new campus in north east Fresno, California. Acting as civil engineer for the project, Blair, Church & Flynn was responsible for a site selection study, topographic and boundary land surveying, comprehensive site grading and drainage, parking facilities, municipal sewer and water services, as well as off-site roadway improvements. Phased development of the campus is planned, with academic and administrative facilities being constructed first. The final phase of the campus includes a gymnasium and fine arts performance center.
