Nestled in the foothills of San Luis Obispo, this 45 acre multi-sports complex is one of Cal Poly’s crown jewel facilities. Tested with political, environmental and design challenges at every turn, our design group remained dedicated to uncovering the smart, cost-effective solutions that made this project possible. Blair, Church & Flynn staff worked closely with project architects on the EIR and site master plan.
Ultimately, the design team prepared construction plans for the Baggett and Janssen stadiums, soccer fields, spectator bleachers, restrooms, concessions, access roads, as well as landscaping and irrigation systems.
